I provide a number of services from small scale scripting solutions to large scale enterprise development. For larger projects I use a SCRUM and Agile workflow. I am intimately familiar with Python, C#, SQL and many other languages and technologies. I have built tools for ArcGIS, QGIS, and standalone applications that perform a broad range of tasks. I put a strong emphasis on open source GIS solutions to save customers the expense of licensing costs and to provide the benefit of a wide range of support channels.
